Responsibilities
- Safely transport packages to residential and commercial addresses within Raleigh and surrounding areas.
- Adhere to all traffic laws and delivery protocols to ensure safety and compliance.
- Provide exceptional customer service, including accurate package handling and communication.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the delivery vehicle.
- Complete daily logs and reports accurately and on time.
- Handle cash/card payments and provide receipts as required.
- Assist with loading and unloading packages efficiently.
Qualifications
- Valid Class C Driver's License with a clean driving record.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Basic smartphone proficiency for navigation and logging.
- Physical ability to lift packages up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Strong time management and organizational skills.
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
- Reliable vehicle (if personal vehicle is required) or ability to operate company fleet.
