Responsibilities
- Safely deliver packages and documents to residential and commercial locations within the Indianapolis metro area.
- Adhere to all traffic laws, safety regulations, and company policies during every shift.
- Interact professionally with customers, including accurate signature collection and proof of delivery.
- Perform daily vehicle inspections and report any mechanical issues immediately.
- Utilize handheld delivery devices to update tracking status and manage route information.
- Manage time effectively to ensure on-time delivery performance.
Qualifications
- Valid Class C Driver's License with a clean driving record (no DUIs or major violations in the last 3 years).
- Ability to lift packages weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the day.
- Basic proficiency with smartphones and GPS navigation systems.
- Strong customer service skills and a friendly demeanor.
- Must be 21 years of age or older.
- Reliable transportation to and from the local terminal.
