Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and transport packages to designated addresses in a safe and timely manner.
- Navigate efficiently using GPS systems and handheld scanners to ensure accurate deliveries.
- Verify the contents of each shipment against the delivery order and obtain necessary signatures.
- Maintain the cleanliness and proper maintenance of the assigned delivery vehicle.
- Provide exceptional customer service and handle delivery inquiries professionally.
- Adhere to all traffic laws and company safety policies at all times.
Qualifications
- Valid Class C Driver's License with a clean driving record (no DUIs within the last 3 years).
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Proficiency with mobile technology, including GPS apps and delivery management software.
- Physical stamina to lift packages weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Reliable smartphone with a data plan.
