As a courier, you will be the face of our company, delivering packages and parcels to businesses and residential customers across the Wichita metro area with care and efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Safely operate delivery vehicles to transport packages and parcels to designated locations on time.
- Interact professionally with customers, ensuring a positive unboxing experience and handling disputes calmly.
- Inspect vehicles daily for mechanical issues and report maintenance needs immediately.
- Load and unload packages efficiently, adhering to safety protocols and weight limits.
- Update delivery status in the dispatch system accurately after each stop.
- Follow all traffic laws and company safety policies at all times.
- Maintain a clean and organized vehicle interior at all times.
Qualifications
- Valid Class C Driver’s License with a clean driving record (no major violations in the last 3 years).
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
- Ability to lift and carry packages up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Basic knowledge of the Wichita, KS area is highly preferred.
- Reliable smartphone with data access for navigation and communication.
- Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
