Responsibilities
- Architectural Leadership: Define and oversee the technical roadmap for critical 2026 initiatives, ensuring scalability and long-term viability.

Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 8+ years of software engineering experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership or architectural capacity.
- Technical Stack: Proficiency in Python, Go, or Java, with deep experience in cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- AI & Data: Strong understanding of machine learning pipelines, data structures, and algorithmic efficiency.
- Leadership: Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams through the full software development lifecycle.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to solve ambiguous problems and make strategic technical decisions under pressure.
