Responsibilities
- Design and implement the overarching system architecture for Chronos Dynamics' core product lines.
- Lead a cross-functional team of engineers, designers, and data scientists to deliver high-quality software.
- Define technical standards, coding guidelines, and best practices for the organization.
- Conduct code reviews and provide mentorship to junior developers to foster a culture of excellence.
- Identify technical risks and propose innovative solutions to ensure system scalability and security.
- Collaborate with product managers to translate business requirements into technical blueprints.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of professional experience in systems architecture and software engineering.
- Deep expertise in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization technologies (Kubernetes, Docker).
- Strong proficiency in high-level programming languages such as Python, Go, or Rust.
- Experience with AI/ML infrastructure and data pipeline architecture.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to lead complex technical initiatives.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field (Master’s preferred).
