Responsibilities
- Design scalable quantum computing architectures optimized for error correction and qubit stability

- Establish quantum hardware-software integration frameworks for industrial applications
- Drive research initiatives to overcome quantum decoherence and scaling challenges
- Collaborate with government agencies and industry partners on quantum security standards
- Mentor junior quantum engineers and publish breakthrough research in peer-reviewed journals
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, or Computer Science with 5+ years industry experience
- Expertise in quantum circuit design and quantum error correction protocols
- Proven track record of developing quantum algorithms for practical applications
- Deep knowledge of quantum hardware platforms (superconducting, trapped ions, photonics)
- Strong programming skills in Python, Q#, and quantum simulation frameworks
- Experience securing federal or DoD quantum computing contracts
