Responsibilities
- Architect and design scalable quantum-classical hybrid algorithms for complex optimization problems.
- Lead a cross-functional team of physicists, mathematicians, and software engineers to implement Project 2026 milestones.
- Collaborate with hardware partners to optimize software stack performance on emerging quantum processors.
- Define technical roadmaps and ensure the feasibility of ambitious 2026 technological targets.
- Conduct rigorous research on quantum error correction and noise mitigation strategies.
- Translate theoretical physics concepts into production-ready software solutions.
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Physics, Mathematics, or a related field with a focus on Quantum Computing.
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 4 years specifically in quantum software or advanced AI.
- Deep proficiency in Python, C++, and quantum programming frameworks (Qiskit, Cirq, or similar).
- Proven track record of leading high-performance computing projects and managing technical teams.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to diverse stakeholders.
- Experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure) and containerization technologies.
