In this role, you will lead a world-class team of engineers and researchers to build scalable quantum algorithms. Responsibilities
- Architect and design scalable quantum computing solutions for AI model training and inference.
- Lead a high-performance team of quantum physicists and software engineers.
- Define the technical roadmap for quantum integration, specifically targeting capabilities available by 2026.
- Collaborate with cross-functional departments to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
- Oversee the testing, validation, and deployment of quantum algorithms on cloud-based hardware.
- Mentor junior developers and foster a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
Qualifications
- Masterβs or PhD in Computer Science, Physics, or a related technical field with a focus on Quantum Mechanics.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in software engineering, with at least 3 years specifically in quantum computing or advanced AI.
- Deep knowledge of quantum programming languages (Qiskit, Cirq, or PyQuil) and classical machine learning libraries (TensorFlow, PyTorch).
- Proven experience in leading engineering teams and managing large-scale technical projects.
- Strong understanding of cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) and its quantum services.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to diverse stakeholders.
