In this role, you will lead a world-class team of engineers and researchers to build scalable quantum algorithms. You will be responsible for the architecture of our proprietary quantum processors and their integration with modern AI frameworks. Responsibilities
- Architect and design scalable quantum computing solutions for AI model training and inference.
- Lead a high-performance team of quantum physicists and software engineers.
- Define the technical roadmap for quantum integration, specifically targeting capabilities available by 2026.
- Collaborate with cross-functional departments to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
- Oversee the testing, validation, and deployment of quantum algorithms on cloud-based hardware.
- Mentor junior developers and foster a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
Qualifications
- Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Physics, or a related technical field with a focus on Quantum Mechanics.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in software engineering, with at least 3 years specifically in quantum computing or advanced AI.
- Deep knowledge of quantum programming languages (Qiskit, Cirq, or PyQuil) and classical machine learning libraries (TensorFlow, PyTorch).
- Proven experience in leading engineering teams and managing large-scale technical projects.
- Strong understanding of cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) and its quantum services.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to diverse stakeholders.
