Responsibilities
- Analyze global megatrends (AI, climate, biotech) and synthesize actionable insights for C-suite leadership
- Develop 2026 strategic scenarios and roadmap frameworks for product innovation
- Lead cross-functional workshops with engineers, designers, and policymakers
- Author white papers on future-facing topics for industry thought leadership
- Partner with venture capital arm to identify disruptive startups
- Represent Nexus Horizons at Davos, SXSW, and future-focused symposiums
- Mentor junior futurists and build foresight methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future studies
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Published author or speaker at global innovation conferences
- Expertise in scenario planning and trend analysis frameworks
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (quantum, AI, biotech)
- Portfolio demonstrating impact on organizational strategy
- Proficiency in foresight tools (e.g., Delphi method, horizon scanning)
- Exceptional communication skills for complex technical concepts
