Responsibilities
- Develop and publish annual Horizon Reports analyzing disruptive technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and their societal impacts by 2026
- Lead scenario-planning workshops for C-suite executives on future workforce automation and ethical AI governance
- Design strategic roadmaps for product innovation cycles aligned with 2026 market projections
- Partner with MIT and Stanford on futuristic R&D initiatives in climate resilience and neurotech
- Author white papers for policymakers on digital identity frameworks and metaverse governance
- Mentor cross-functional teams in anticipatory intelligence methodologies
Qualifications
- PhD or equivalent in Futuristics, Systems Thinking, or Technology Forecasting with 10+ years of strategic foresight experience
- Published thought leadership on 2026+ technology trends (IEEE, Nature Futures, or equivalent)
- Expertise in scenario modeling tools (e.g., causal layered analysis, Delphi method)
- Track record of influencing Fortune 500 innovation roadmaps through data-driven trend analysis
- Deep knowledge of ethical frameworks for AGI and human augmentation technologies
- Experience with global foresight networks (WFS, APF) and policy advisory boards
- Proficiency in Python/R for trend simulation and predictive modeling
