Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic foresight frameworks for 2026+ technological and societal shifts
- Lead cross-functional teams in designing next-gen solutions for climate resilience, AI ethics, and human augmentation
- Produce high-impact trend reports and scenario models for C-suite executives and government partners
- Establish innovation pipelines in quantum computing, biotechnology, and sustainable systems
- Represent company vision at global forums like Davos and World Economic Future Summits
- Mentor a team of futurist researchers and innovation strategists
- Secure partnerships with leading academic institutions and R&D centers
Qualifications
- PhD or equivalent in Futures Studies, Systems Theory, or related field with 10+ years experience
- Proven track record of developing and implementing long-term strategic vision for Fortune 500 companies
- Expertise in emerging technologies (quantum computing, synthetic biology, AGI) and their societal implications
- Exceptional systems thinking and scenario modeling capabilities
- Published thought leader with 50+ citations in peer-reviewed futurist journals
- Deep understanding of global policy landscapes and regulatory frameworks
- Experience leading high-stakes innovation initiatives with $10M+ budgets
- Fluency in at least two languages beyond English
