Responsibilities
- Design and implement next-gen AI frameworks for predictive climate modeling and resource optimization
- Lead quantum computing initiatives to solve global energy challenges by 2026
- Architect neural interfaces for human-AI symbiosis in healthcare applications
- Develop ethical AI governance frameworks for autonomous systems
- Mentor cross-disciplinary teams of physicists, bioengineers, and computational linguists
- Present breakthrough research at Davos, TED, and IEEE summits
- Collaborate with UN agencies on sustainable development tech roadmaps
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, AI Ethics, or related field with 5+ years industry experience
- Published research in Nature/Science on AI alignment or biocomputation
- Expertise in federated learning, neuromorphic chips, and carbon-negative tech
- Proven track record of shipping production-level quantum algorithms
- Deep understanding of ISO/IEC 42001 and EU AI Act compliance frameworks
- Experience leading teams with 10+ technical specialists across 3+ continents
- Portfolio of open-source projects with 1000+ GitHub stars
- Fluency in Python, Rust, and quantum programming languages (Q#)
