- Develop ethical AI governance frameworks aligned with emerging global standards
- Coordinate cross-functional teams across 3 international innovation hubs
- Translate futuristic blueprints into production-ready prototypes using Python, Rust, and quantum simulators
- Present strategic roadmaps to C-suite executives and venture capital partners
- Pioneer sustainable computing practices for next-gen data centers
Qualifications
- 10+ years in software engineering with 5+ years in AI/quantum systems
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Quantum Physics, or Futurist Studies
- Published research in IEEE Nature or similar tier-1 journals on emerging tech
- Expertise in quantum algorithms, neural networks, and blockchain architectures
- Experience with AWS/Azure quantum services and D-Wave systems
- Proven track record of scaling systems to 10M+ concurrent users
- Certifications in AI ethics (e.g., IEEE P7000 series) and quantum computing
