- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and innovation labs to pioneer future-shaping research

- Integrate foresight methodologies into product development and corporate strategy
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field with 8+ years experience
- Proven track record in developing long-term strategic roadmaps beyond 5-year horizons
- Deep expertise in exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and their societal impacts
- Exceptional systems thinking with ability to model complex global scenarios
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation strategy (white papers, books, keynotes)
- Experience managing high-impact foresight projects with measurable ROI
- Strong proficiency in scenario planning tools and trend analysis methodologies
