Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 technology vision framework with measurable KPIs
- Lead cross-functional initiatives in quantum AI, neural interfaces, and climate-tech
- Produce annual technology trend reports for investor and stakeholder briefings
- Manage $5M+ R&D budget allocation for experimental projects
- Partner with academic institutions to shape future curricula
- Represent FutureForge at global tech summits and policy forums
- Mentor next-gen futurists through our Innovation Fellowship program
Qualifications
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Systems Engineering, or Futurology
- 10+ years in strategic tech roles with portfolio of commercialized innovations
- Published research in IEEE Nature or equivalent on emerging tech
- Expertise in at least two of: quantum algorithms, AGI safety, or synthetic biology
- Proven track record of scaling experimental technologies to market
- Active contributor to WEF Global Technology Council or similar body
- Fluency in Python, R, and predictive modeling platforms
- Clearance for handling classified next-gen tech initiatives
