Responsibilities
- Develop and implement 5-year strategic foresight frameworks for emerging technologies
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping 2026-vision products and services
- Conduct horizon scanning for AI, biotech, and climate tech disruptions
- Present innovation roadmaps to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and global think tanks
- Author white papers on future-of-work and sustainable capitalism trends
- Oversee the 2026 Innovation Lab's $20M R&D budget
Qualifications
- PhD or equivalent experience in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or Innovation Strategy
- 10+ years leading high-impact R&D or innovation initiatives
- Published thought leadership in top-tier journals (Nature, Harvard Business Review)
- Expertise in exponential technologies (quantum computing, synthetic biology)
- Proven track record of scaling moonshot projects from concept to market
- Strong network with Silicon Valley and global innovation ecosystems
- Exceptional communication skills for executive and technical audiences
