- Innovation Leadership: Spearhead the adoption of Generative AI and advanced machine learning models into core business workflows.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, security teams, and data scientists to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Code Quality & Mentorship: Establish best practices for code review, testing, and deployment, while mentoring junior engineers to foster a culture of excellence.
- Disaster Recovery & Security: Architect robust disaster recovery plans and ensure compliance with the highest security standards.
Qualifications
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 3 years in a Lead Architect or Engineering Manager role.
- Technical Stack: Deep expertise in Python, Java, or Go, with proficiency in cloud-native technologies (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- AI/ML Knowledge: Strong understanding of large language models (LLMs), MLOps pipelines, and neural network architectures.
- Strategic Mindset: Proven ability to think long-term and make decisions that scale.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, capable of explaining complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated history of solving complex technical challenges in high-pressure environments.
