You'll translate complex future scenarios into actionable roadmaps while maintaining a pulse on exponential technologies like AI, quantum computing, and biotech.
Responsibilities
- Analyze exponential technology trends and market disruptions through 2026-2030 horizon
- Develop scenario-based strategic frameworks for organizational adaptation
- Lead cross-functional workshops to embed foresight into product roadmaps
- Produce high-impact trend reports and executive briefings
- Partner with R&D to identify breakthrough innovation opportunities
- Monitor geopolitical and socio-cultural shifts affecting future business landscapes
- Champion a culture of future-readiness across all departments
Qualifications
- 8+ years in strategy consulting, innovation, or futurist roles
- Deep expertise in exponential technologies (AI, quantum, biotech)
- Proven track record of translating foresight into business strategy
- Exceptional systems thinking and scenario-planning capabilities
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Management, or related field
- Experience with horizon scanning methodologies and trend analysis tools
- Strong presentation skills with executive audiences
- Published thought leadership in future-focused publications
