Responsibilities
- Design and architect scalable, hybrid AI-Quantum systems capable of processing exabytes of real-time data.
- Lead a team of elite engineers and researchers in developing next-gen neural interfaces.
- Define the technical roadmap for integrating generative AI models with quantum processors.
- Optimize deep learning pipelines for edge computing environments and low-latency applications.
- Mentor senior developers and conduct code reviews to maintain the highest engineering standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional product teams to translate complex scientific concepts into deployable software.
- Stay at the forefront of industry trends, including neuromorphic computing and AGI research.
Qualifications
- PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Physics, Mathematics, or a related technical field.
- 7+ years of professional experience in machine learning, deep learning, or software engineering.
- Proven experience with quantum computing frameworks (e.g., Qiskit, Cirq) or equivalent hybrid computing environments.
- Strong proficiency in Python, C++, and distributed systems architecture.
- Experience deploying large-scale AI models in production environments (AWS, GCP, Azure).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced, research-driven environment.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to present complex technical data to non-technical stakeholders.
