Responsibilities

- Research & Development: Lead experimental projects exploring the frontiers of generative AI and synaptic emulation.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with neuroscientists, hardware engineers, and product managers to translate complex research into deployable products.
- Technical Leadership: Mentor a team of junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.

Qualifications
- Education: Ph.D. or Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Neuroscience, or a related technical field.
- Technical Skills: Extensive experience with Python, C++, and TensorFlow/PyTorch. Strong understanding of neural network optimization and hardware acceleration.
- Experience: 5+ years of experience in AI/ML research or applied engineering roles within high-tech environments.
