Responsibilities
- Define and execute the technical roadmap for The 2026 Initiative, ensuring alignment with long-term business goals.
- Lead a cross-functional team of engineers and designers to build scalable, high-performance systems.

- Identify emerging technologies and trends to integrate into our 2026 product roadmap.
- Mentor junior architects and engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.

Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- Deep expertise in distributed systems, cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP), and containerization (Kubernetes/Docker).
- Proven track record of delivering complex, large-scale projects on time and within budget.
- Experience with AI/ML integration and data-driven decision-making frameworks.
- Strong understanding of agile methodologies and DevOps practices.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
