Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable 2026-compliant AI architectures for high-volume data processing.
- Lead a team of engineers in deploying Large Language Models (LLMs) with zero-trust security protocols.
- Optimize model inference latency and throughput for edge computing environments.
- Establish best practices for data governance and ethical AI implementation.
- Mentor junior developers and conduct code reviews to ensure technical excellence.
- Collaborate with product managers to translate complex technical requirements into actionable development roadmaps.
Qualifications
- PhD or Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related quantitative field.
- 7+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 3 years in a lead or architectural role.
- Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, or TensorFlow.
- Proven track record of deploying models at scale in cloud environments (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Experience with MLOps, Kubernetes, and distributed systems.
- Familiarity with quantum computing paradigms or next-gen hardware acceleration is a plus.
