Responsibilities
- Architectural Vision: Design and define the core architecture for our 2026 roadmap, integrating quantum computing paradigms with classical AI.
- System Design: Lead the end-to-end design of scalable, high-performance distributed systems capable of processing petabytes of neural data.
- Technical Leadership: Mentor senior engineers and architects, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Prototyping: Spearhead proof-of-concept initiatives to validate novel algorithms and hardware-software integration strategies.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers, data scientists, and researchers to translate business goals into technical reality.
- Roadmap Strategy: Own the technical delivery timeline for critical 2026 release milestones, ensuring feasibility and scalability.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs degree or PhD in Computer Science, Physics, Applied Mathematics, or a related engineering field.
- Experience: 10+ years of professional software engineering experience, with at least 5 years in a lead architecture or principal engineering role.
- Technical Stack: Deep expertise in Python, C++, Rust, and modern cloud-native technologies (Kubernetes, Docker).
- Quantum/AI: Familiarity with quantum computing frameworks (e.g., Qiskit, Cirq) and experience with large language models (LLMs) and generative AI.
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to solve ambiguous, high-stakes technical challenges and drive solutions from concept to deployment.
- Leadership: Proven track record of leading diverse, high-performing engineering teams through complex product lifecycles.
