Responsibilities
- Define and execute the technical vision for the 2026 product roadmap, focusing on AI integration and scalable architecture.
- Lead a team of senior engineers and researchers to develop next-generation system protocols.
- Collaborate with cross-functional product teams to translate business goals into robust technical solutions.
- Oversee the architecture of high-availability, low-latency systems capable of handling massive data throughput.
- Identify and mitigate technical risks associated with emerging tech adoption.
- Establish best practices for code quality, security, and system observability.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software architecture and system design, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Deep expertise in Python, Java, or Go, with a strong understanding of cloud-native technologies (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Proven track record of implementing AI/ML infrastructure or working with Quantum Computing concepts.
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field is preferred.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and CI/CD pipelines.
