Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Roadmap: Architect and communicate a long-term technical vision for our AI evolution platform, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- System Design: Design and implement scalable microservices and distributed systems capable of handling petabyte-scale data streams.
- Technical Leadership: Mentor senior engineers and guide junior developers, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Performance Optimization: Oversee the optimization of algorithms and infrastructure to ensure sub-millisecond latency and high throughput.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers, data scientists, and security experts to deliver high-quality solutions on time.
- Future-Proofing: Evaluate emerging technologies (e.g., Quantum Computing interfaces, Neuromorphic chips) to integrate them into our current architecture.
Qualifications
- Experience: 10+ years of software engineering experience, with at least 5 years in a Lead Architect or Principal Engineer role.
- Core Skills: Deep expertise in Python, Go, or Rust; proficiency in distributed systems and cloud architecture (AWS/GCP/Azure).
- AI/ML Knowledge: Strong understanding of Machine Learning operations (MLOps), Large Language Models (LLMs), and neural network architectures.
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to solve complex, ambiguous problems with elegant, scalable solutions.
- Leadership: Proven track record of leading high-performing engineering teams through rapid scaling and restructuring.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
