Responsibilities
- Architectural Leadership: Design and oversee the implementation of complex, large-scale systems for the 2026 roadmap, ensuring high availability and fault tolerance.
- Strategic Vision: Translate business goals into technical roadmaps, identifying emerging technologies and architectural patterns that drive competitive advantage.
- Team Mentorship: Guide a diverse team of engineers and developers, fostering a culture of innovation, continuous learning, and technical excellence.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers, data scientists, and stakeholders to define technical requirements and delivery milestones.
- Code Review & Standards: Establish and enforce high coding standards, conducting rigorous code reviews to ensure security and scalability.
- Performance Optimization: Proactively identify and resolve performance bottlenecks, ensuring our systems operate at peak efficiency under heavy load.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; PhD preferred.
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 5 years in a leadership role overseeing large-scale systems.
- Technical Skills: Deep expertise in distributed systems, cloud architecture (AWS/Azure/GCP), and containerization technologies (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Future-Ready Tech: Strong understanding of AI, Machine Learning infrastructure, and Quantum Computing fundamentals is highly desirable.
- Problem Solving: Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills with a proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of articulating complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
