Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Technology Roadmap: Lead the strategic vision for our technology stack, identifying emerging trends in AI, Quantum Computing, and Edge Computing to ensure long-term competitiveness.
- Architect Enterprise Solutions: Design and oversee the implementation of complex, scalable architecture that meets current business needs while future-proofing for upcoming 2026 standards.
- Technology Assessment & Feasibility: Conduct in-depth research and proof-of-concept (PoC) validation for novel technologies to determine their viability for large-scale deployment.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Work closely with product managers, engineering teams, and stakeholders to translate high-level business goals into technical specifications.
- Code Quality & Standards: Establish and enforce architectural standards, coding guidelines, and best practices to ensure maintainability and security across the organization.
- Talent Development: Mentor senior engineers and architects, fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation within the engineering department.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership or strategic planning capacity.
- Technical Expertise: Deep understanding of cloud-native architectures (AWS, Azure, GCP) and microservices. Experience with AI/ML infrastructure is highly preferred.
- Strategic Vision: Proven track record of forecasting technological trends and successfully integrating them into business roadmaps.
- Communication Skills: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and executive leadership.
- Problem Solving: Strong analytical skills with a focus on solving architectural bottlenecks and scaling systems efficiently.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field; Master’s degree is a plus.
