Responsibilities
- Strategic Roadmapping: Define the 2026 technology roadmap, identifying and integrating cutting-edge technologies such as generative AI, edge computing, and predictive neural networks.
- System Design: Lead the architectural design of scalable, resilient systems capable of processing petabytes of real-time data.
- Technology Evaluation: Conduct rigorous R&D on emerging tech stacks, assessing their viability for immediate and long-term deployment.
- Team Leadership: Mentor a team of senior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product and business units to translate futuristic concepts into tangible, market-ready features.

Qualifications
- Education: Masterâs degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field (PhD preferred).
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 5 years in a leadership role managing complex distributed systems.
- Technical Skills: Deep expertise in Python, Go, Rust, and modern cloud-native frameworks (Kubernetes, Docker). Familiarity with blockchain protocols and quantum computing principles is a major plus.
- Strategic Vision: Exceptional ability to anticipate industry trends and translate them into technical strategy.
