Responsibilities
- Define and execute the 2026 AI Roadmap, aligning technical milestones with business objectives.
- Architect scalable, fault-tolerant machine learning pipelines capable of handling petabyte-scale data.
- Lead a team of senior data scientists and engineers in researching novel neural architectures.
- Ensure ethical AI practices and transparency in all model deployments.
- Collaborate with product leadership to translate complex technical concepts into user-centric solutions.
- Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) for AI model accuracy, latency, and cost-efficiency.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field (PhD preferred).
- 10+ years of experience in AI/ML engineering, with at least 3 years in a leadership or strategic role.
- Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, and TensorFlow with a proven track record of deploying production models.
- Experience with large language models (LLMs) and generative AI technologies.
- Strong understanding of cloud architecture (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and distributed systems.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders.
