Responsibilities
- Define and execute the technical roadmap for our 2026 product suite, focusing on Generative AI and Predictive Analytics.
- Lead a cross-functional team of data scientists, engineers, and product managers to deliver high-impact AI solutions.
- Evaluate and integrate emerging AI technologies to maintain a competitive edge in the market.
- Oversee the design of scalable data pipelines and machine learning architectures.
- Conduct rigorous testing and validation of AI models to ensure accuracy, safety, and ethical compliance.
- Present technical strategies and roadmaps to executive leadership and stakeholders.
- Mentor junior developers and foster a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in AI/ML architecture or data science leadership.
- Advanced degree (Master’s or PhD) in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related quantitative field.
- Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar machine learning frameworks.
- Proven track record of successfully deploying large-scale AI models in production environments.
- Strong understanding of NLP, Computer Vision, or Reinforcement Learning concepts.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into business value.
