We are seeking a visionary Lead AI Strategist to spearhead our groundbreaking initiatives for 2026. In this role, you will bridge the gap between theoretical AI research and scalable production engineering. You will lead a team of elite engineers and data scientists, pushing the boundaries of what is possible in artificial intelligence.
Responsibilities
- Architectural Leadership: Design and implement the core infrastructure for next-generation AI models targeting deployment in the 2026 ecosystem.
- R&D Strategy: Identify emerging technologies and trends in the AI space to maintain a competitive edge.
- Team Management: Mentor and develop a high-performing engineering team, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.

Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related quantitative field.
- Experience: Minimum of 8+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 4 years in a lead or architectural role within AI/ML.
- Technical Skills: Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and distributed systems.
- Trend Awareness: Proven track record of anticipating and adapting to the technological shifts defining the 2026 landscape.
- Problem Solving: Exceptional ability to solve complex, ambiguous problems with innovative solutions.
