Responsibilities
- Strategic Roadmapping: Define and execute the long-term technical strategy for our AI initiatives, ensuring alignment with the company's vision for the year 2026.
- Technical Leadership: Mentor and guide senior engineering teams, fostering a culture of excellence, innovation, and continuous improvement.
- R&D Oversight: Oversee the research and development of cutting-edge machine learning models and generative AI systems.

Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related quantitative field.
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software engineering and machine learning, with at least 3 years in a leadership or architect role.
- Technical Stack: Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and distributed computing systems (e.g., Kubernetes, AWS, Google Cloud Platform).
- Strategic Vision: Demonstrated ability to think beyond current constraints and anticipate future technological trends.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to influence cross-functional teams.
