Responsibilities
- Architect and design scalable, fault-tolerant neural network infrastructures capable of processing petabytes of real-time data.
- Lead the R&D strategy for autonomous decision-making algorithms, focusing on reinforcement learning and evolutionary computation.
- Oversee the integration of AI models with advanced robotic hardware and sensory systems.
- Establish and enforce best practices for ethical AI, bias mitigation, and safety compliance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate complex research findings into production-ready software.
- Mentor senior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
Qualifications
- Master’s or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Robotics, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 7+ years of experience in AI/ML engineering, with at least 2 years in a lead or architect role.
- Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and distributed computing frameworks.
- Strong background in Natural Language Processing (NLP) and computer vision architectures.
- Familiarity with quantum computing principles and quantum machine learning algorithms is highly desirable.
- Proven track record of shipping complex, high-performance software products to market.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
