Responsibilities
- Architect & Develop: Design and implement cutting-edge neural network architectures and algorithms.
- Research Leadership: Lead high-impact research initiatives focusing on NLP, Computer Vision, and Reinforcement Learning.
- Production Deployment: Oversee the deployment of ML models into scalable production environments with a focus on latency and efficiency.
- Collaboration: Partner with cross-functional teams (Product, Engineering, Design) to translate research into product features.
- Mentorship: Guide and mentor a team of junior data scientists and machine learning engineers.
- Optimization: Continuously optimize existing models for accuracy, speed, and resource utilization.
Qualifications
- Education: Ph.D. or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field.
- Experience: 5+ years of experience in AI/ML research or software engineering with a strong focus on deep learning.
- Technical Skills: Expert proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and Hugging Face libraries.
- Architecture: Deep understanding of Transformer models, Large Language Models (LLMs), and attention mechanisms.
- Tools: Experience with MLOps tools (Docker, Kubernetes) and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP).
- Problem Solving: Proven track record of solving complex, unstructured problems in high-stakes environments.
