Responsibilities
- Define the Roadmap: Lead the strategic vision for AI research, identifying key breakthrough technologies for the 2026 timeline.
- Architect Solutions: Design and implement scalable machine learning architectures that handle petabyte-scale data processing.
- Research & Development: Publish high-impact papers and patents in collaboration with top-tier universities and research labs.

Qualifications
- Education: Ph.D. in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field from a top-tier university.
- Experience: 7+ years of experience in machine learning research, with at least 3 years in a lead or senior engineering role.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and experience with Large Language Models (LLMs).
- Strategic Thinking: Proven ability to define long-term technical strategies and drive them to completion.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of presenting complex ideas to diverse audiences.
