Responsibilities
- Architect and execute the 2026 AI R&D roadmap, identifying breakthrough opportunities in generative AI, autonomous systems, and human-machine interfaces
- Lead cross-disciplinary research teams comprising machine learning experts, roboticists, and behavioral scientists
- Pioneer ethical frameworks for next-generation AI systems, ensuring alignment with human values and regulatory landscapes

- Secure $10M+ in federal and private research grants for forward-looking AI initiatives
- Present findings at top-tier conferences (NeurIPS, ICML, Foresight Summit) and publish in Nature/AI journals

Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, AI, Cognitive Science, or related field with 8+ years of research leadership experience
- Proven track record of publishing 15+ peer-reviewed papers in AI/ML at NeurIPS/ICML/ICLR venues
