Responsibilities
- Define and execute the technical roadmap for AI and emerging technologies through the 2026 timeframe.
- Lead a team of data scientists and engineers to develop scalable machine learning models and algorithms.
- Conduct in-depth research and feasibility studies on next-gen technologies such as Generative AI, Quantum Readiness, and Neural Interfaces.
- Collaborate with product leadership to translate complex technical concepts into business value.
- Establish best practices for code quality, data governance, and ethical AI implementation.
- Present technical strategies to stakeholders and investors to secure buy-in for long-term projects.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field (PhD preferred).
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership or architect role.
- Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and major cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure).
- Proven track record of leading large-scale AI initiatives from concept to deployment.
- Strong understanding of machine learning theory, deep learning architectures, and NLP.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical strategies to non-technical audiences.
