As a Lead AI Engineer, you will spearhead the development of proprietary LLMs, focusing on efficiency, safety, and scalability.
Responsibilities
- Architect and optimize deep learning pipelines for large-scale LLM training and fine-tuning.
- Research and implement novel techniques in Agentic AI and Multi-modal learning.
- Collaborate with product teams to integrate AI capabilities into consumer-facing applications.
- Establish MLOps best practices for model deployment and continuous learning.
- Ensure AI systems are ethical, transparent, and compliant with global regulations.
Qualifications
- PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in Machine Learning, Deep Learning, or NLP.
- Expert proficiency in Python, PyTorch, and TensorFlow.
- Proven track record of deploying models in production environments.
- Strong understanding of Transformer architectures and Attention mechanisms.
