Responsibilities
- Design Future-Proof Architectures: Architect scalable, fault-tolerant neural networks capable of operating in dynamic, real-world environments.
- Lead the 2026 Roadmap: Define the technical strategy and milestones for our autonomous robotics division.
- Model Optimization: Develop and optimize Large Language Models (LLMs) and reinforcement learning algorithms for edge computing devices.
- Ethical AI Governance: Establish and enforce guidelines for AI safety, bias mitigation, and transparency in our core systems.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with hardware engineers to seamlessly integrate software intelligence with physical robotics platforms.

Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Robotics, Artificial Intelligence, or a related quantitative field.
- Experience: Minimum of 5+ years of experience in designing large-scale machine learning systems and robotics software.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and C++. Experience with quantum computing interfaces is a plus.
- Strategic Vision: Demonstrated ability to think long-term and translate abstract future concepts into concrete technical solutions.
