Responsibilities
- Architect Future Systems: Design and implement scalable, distributed AI architectures capable of handling high-throughput inference and training for 2026-scale data volumes.
- Model Development: Lead the research and deployment of cutting-edge Generative AI models, focusing on multimodal capabilities and reduced hallucination rates.
- MLOps Strategy: Build and maintain robust CI/CD pipelines and MLOps infrastructure to ensure model reliability, versioning, and automated retraining.
- Tech Vision: Define the technical roadmap and evaluate emerging technologies (e.g., Quantum ML interfaces, Edge AI) to stay ahead of the curve.
- Team Leadership: Mentor senior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
Qualifications
- Experience: 8+ years of software engineering experience with at least 4 years in AI/ML architecture and leadership roles.
- Technical Stack: Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and distributed systems (Kubernetes, Docker).
- AI Mastery: Proven track record of developing or deploying state-of-the-art LLMs (e.g., GPT-4, Llama 3) and RAG pipelines.
- System Design: Strong understanding of data structures, algorithms, and scalable cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP).
- Communication: Exceptional ability to translate complex technical concepts into strategic business value for stakeholders.
