Responsibilities
- Architect scalable, high-performance machine learning pipelines for production environments.
- Lead the research, design, and implementation of Agentic AI workflows and autonomous agents.
- Define the technical vision and roadmap for our AI infrastructure leading up to 2026.
- Mentor and grow a world-class team of data scientists, ML engineers, and researchers.
- Collaborate closely with product leadership to translate complex business requirements into technical blueprints.
- Ensure model robustness, fairness, and ethical AI standards across all deployments.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering and machine learning.
- Expert proficiency in Python, PyTorch, or TensorFlow.
- Deep understanding of Large Language Models (LLMs), Transformers, and RAG architectures.
- Strong background in distributed systems and cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP/Azure).
- Experience leading engineering teams through complex product lifecycles and technical pivots.
- Master's degree in Computer Science, AI, or a related field is preferred.
