Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Roadmap: Lead the architectural strategy for integrating Generative AI and Quantum computing into our core products.
- System Design: Design scalable, high-availability systems capable of processing petabytes of real-time data with zero latency.
- Talent Leadership: Mentor senior engineers and architects, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers and data scientists to translate complex requirements into robust technical solutions.
- Research & Innovation: Stay ahead of industry trends to implement cutting-edge technologies like Neural Interfaces and Edge Computing.
- Performance Optimization: Continuously optimize algorithms and infrastructure to ensure maximum efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
Qualifications
- Experience: 7+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 3 years in a lead or architect role.
- Technical Expertise: Deep proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and distributed systems.
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
- Cloud Mastery: Extensive experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Problem Solving: Exceptional ability to solve complex, unstructured problems with innovative architectural solutions.
- Communication: Superior written and verbal communication skills with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
