Responsibilities
- Design and architect scalable, high-performance AI infrastructure for the Project 2026 ecosystem.
- Lead the research and development of advanced machine learning algorithms and neural network architectures.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product, engineering, and compliance) to integrate AI solutions into production environments.
- Establish best practices for data governance, model training, and deployment pipelines.
- Mentor junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Conduct rigorous testing and validation to ensure model accuracy and bias mitigation.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in AI/ML architecture.
- Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX.
- Strong understanding of Large Language Models (LLMs), NLP, and computer vision.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Proven track record of leading technical teams and managing complex projects from conception to launch.
- Master’s degree or PhD in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related technical field.
