Responsibilities
- Define and execute the technical vision for Project 2026, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Architect scalable, high-performance AI infrastructure capable of handling massive data streams.
- Lead, mentor, and manage a diverse team of AI engineers and data scientists.
- Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders to translate complex requirements into technical solutions.
- Stay ahead of industry trends, specifically focusing on advancements relevant to the 2026 timeframe.
- Conduct code reviews and ensure best practices in software engineering and AI development.
- Drive innovation in model deployment, MLOps, and cloud architecture.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in a Lead Architect or Senior Engineering role.
- Deep expertise in machine learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch) and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP).
- Experience with large-scale distributed systems and microservices architecture.
- Strong understanding of ethical AI and responsible data practices.
- Proven track record of leading high-performance teams through complex technical challenges.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
