Responsibilities
- Architectural Vision: Define the high-level technical roadmap for Project 2026, translating business goals into scalable AI infrastructure.
- System Design: Design and implement complex distributed systems and microservices architecture using cutting-edge frameworks.
- Team Leadership: Mentor and lead a high-performance team of Data Scientists, ML Engineers, and Backend Developers.
- Optimization: Continuously monitor, evaluate, and optimize AI models and data pipelines for latency, throughput, and cost-efficiency.
- Innovation: Research and integrate emerging technologies (e.g., Quantum Computing interfaces, Next-gen LLMs) into the production stack.
- Security & Compliance: Enforce rigorous security protocols to protect proprietary data and ensure adherence to industry standards.
Qualifications
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in Software Engineering, with at least 4 years in AI/ML architecture and leadership.
- Technical Stack: Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP).
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to solve ambiguous problems and navigate complex technical challenges.
- Leadership: Proven track record of managing cross-functional teams and driving technical excellence.
