Responsibilities
- Architect scalable, high-performance AI solutions for the Project 2026 initiative.
- Lead a team of 10+ senior engineers and data scientists.
- Define and implement the technical vision, standards, and best practices for neural network infrastructure.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate quantum-ready algorithms into legacy systems.
- Ensure system reliability, security, and scalability for billions of daily interactions.
- Mentor junior staff and conduct code reviews to maintain high engineering standards.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Physics, or a related field (PhD preferred).
- 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 5 years in AI/ML leadership.
- Deep expertise in Python, C++, and distributed system design.
- Experience with large-scale cloud infrastructure (AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure).
- Strong understanding of quantum computing concepts and their application to AI.
- Exceptional communication skills and the ability to translate complex technical concepts to stakeholders.
