In this role, you will bridge the gap between theoretical AI research and production-grade engineering, ensuring our systems are not only powerful but safe, efficient, and scalable.
Responsibilities
- Architect Agentic Workflows: Design and implement complex multi-agent systems that can autonomously plan, execute, and optimize tasks in dynamic environments.
- LLM Optimization: Lead initiatives to fine-tune and optimize Large Language Models for specific vertical use cases, improving inference speed and response accuracy.
- Safety & Ethics: Develop robust guardrails and alignment techniques to ensure AI behaviors remain safe, ethical, and compliant with emerging regulations.
- Technical Leadership: Mentor a team of junior data scientists and engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Infrastructure Scaling: Build and maintain high-availability, distributed AI infrastructure capable of handling petabyte-scale data and real-time inference.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related technical field.
- Experience: 5+ years of experience in software engineering with a focus on AI/ML.
- Technical Stack: Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and experience with LangChain or LlamaIndex.
- LLM Expertise: Deep understanding of Transformer architectures, RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation), and fine-tuning methodologies.
- Problem Solving: Proven ability to solve complex, ambiguous technical problems and translate them into scalable solutions.
