Responsibilities
- Architect and define the 2026 technology roadmap for AI and emerging systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to prototype and validate future technologies.
- Identify emerging trends (e.g., AGI, Neural Interfaces) and assess their viability for product integration.
- Mentor a team of senior engineers and researchers to foster a culture of innovation.
- Present technical strategies to C-level executives and board members.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, AI, or systems architecture.
- Deep understanding of machine learning frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow) and cloud infrastructure.
- Experience leading high-impact technical roadmaps in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical skills with a focus on long-term strategic planning.
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (PhD preferred).
