Key Objectives:
We are looking for a leader who can translate complex business requirements into robust, scalable AI architectures. You will work closely with our R&D team to deploy models that are not only accurate but also secure, transparent, and efficient.
Responsibilities
- Architectural Leadership: Design and oversee the development of scalable, high-performance AI systems and neural network architectures.
- Strategic Vision: Define the technical roadmap for AI capabilities, focusing on 2026 trends such as autonomous agents and predictive analytics.
- Model Optimization: Continuously refine and optimize machine learning models for speed, accuracy, and resource efficiency.
- Collaboration: Partner with cross-functional teams including product managers, data scientists, and software engineers to integrate AI solutions seamlessly.

Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 7+ years of experience in software engineering or data science, with at least 3 years in a lead architectural role.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, C++, or Java. Deep expertise in frameworks like PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX.
- Specialized Knowledge: Strong understanding of Large Language Models (LLMs), NLP, and generative AI architectures.
- System Design: Proven track record of designing large-scale distributed systems and cloud-native applications.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead high-performing teams and drive projects from conception to deployment.
